Big Picture Learning Australia would like to extend an invitation to its Western Australian schools to join us for our second Network Day for the
year.
We invite you to engage in this wonderful opportunity to spend a day with other BPL Advisory Teachers and leaders as we tour the brand-new purpose built Bunbury campus of South West Community College (formally Bunbury Regional Community College) and spend time networking and sharing ideas about the BPL design.
We encourage schools to send at least one member of their team to each network day throughout the year, to maintain connection to the network and to act as a conduit for sharing back with colleagues.
WHAT WILL THE DAY INCLUDE?
- Co-lead by Brooke Burns and Year 12 BPL student Kaylee Paton we will consider the how, what and why of “Amplifying Student Voice” through feedback for leaders and advisory teachers.
- A tour of the SWCC campus including the story of BPL at the school as told by staff and students.
- What’s in a Learning Cycle? An exploration of the cycles used in the BPL design for school and learning.
This is a members-only event. Morning tea and lunch will be provided.
